Hi, I have only tried creatine a couple times in the past. Both were creatine monohydrate from the ON Gold Standard preworkout. My face seemed to puff up and bloat pretty bad so I quit taking it.
I asked a few people and some said it's most likely my diet that made my face puffy, and some said its just the water retention on my facial muscles.
Am I leaving great benefits and gains on the table by not taking creatine? Should I perhaps try a different form of creatine to rid the side effects? Please Help. Thanks !
