The Operations Specialist at UniqueThis is a key player in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, enhancing customer service, and supporting overall company objectives. This role involves guiding existing members and subscribers, managing customer inquiries, creating and managing content, and handling essential operational tasks. Daily Newsletters: Curate and write daily email newsletters that showcase top content on UniqueThis, including blogs, news, videos, products, and standout user posts. Share the same content across social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to engage a wider audience.
Customer Support & Guidance: Provide exceptional support to existing members and subscribers via email, phone, and social media, ensuring their needs are met and issues are swiftly resolved. Respond to customer service inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Superior Communication: Offer outstanding customer service by maintaining clear, effective communication with members across all communication channels, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently.
Content Management: Monitor the platform to remove any unwanted content and consistently add fresh, engaging material to keep members actively engaged and informed.
Content Creation: Write compelling articles on trending news topics, member interests, and other relevant content to engage UniqueThis members. Utilize AI tools where applicable to enhance content creation.
Member Experience Enhancement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the overall member experience, focusing on increasing engagement, improving retention, and maximizing member satisfaction.
Online Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the UniqueThis online store, ensuring seamless transactions, timely deliveries, and an overall smooth shopping experience for customers.
Admin Activities: Perform essential administrative duties, including data entry, scheduling, and facilitating communication across departments to ensure efficient internal operations.
Proven experience in customer service, operations, or a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
A proactive mindset for identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Familiarity with content management systems and basic marketing principles.
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
Experience with eCommerce platforms or managing online store operations.
Proficiency with customer service platforms, CRM tools, and email marketing systems.
