Job Summary:

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of UniqueThis is a key executive responsible for overseeing the company’s technological vision, strategy, and development. The CTO leads innovation, ensures the efficient use of technology, and aligns IT initiatives with UniqueThis’s business goals. This role involves driving digital transformation, optimizing technical operations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy & Vision: Develop and implement a technology roadmap that aligns with UniqueThis’s business objectives and ensures long-term growth.

• Innovation & Digital Transformation: Identify emerging technologies and trends, leveraging them to enhance UniqueThis’s products, services, and customer experiences.

• IT Infrastructure & Security: Oversee IT architecture, cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance to ensure secure and scalable operations.

• Product Development & Engineering: Lead the engineering and software development teams in designing and delivering cutting-edge technology solutions.

• Technical Leadership & Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage high-performing technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

• System Integration & Optimization: Ensure seamless integration of software, hardware, and cloud-based solutions across the organization.

• Budget & Resource Management: Manage the technology budget effectively, optimizing costs while driving innovation.

• Partnerships & Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with technology vendors, partners, and stakeholders.

• Data & AI Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven strategies, including AI, machine learning, and analytics, to drive business intelligence and efficiency.

• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, cybersecurity best practices, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Advanced Technological Expertise: Must have advanced knowledge of website coding, software development, app development, and servers.

• Breakthrough Technology Development: Lead the development of technology strategies and teams that will create breakthroughs in artificial intelligence, virtual reality, 3D printing, nanotechnology, augmented reality, robotics, and beyond.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving digital innovation.

• Deep expertise in software development, cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.

• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with experience managing cross-functional technical teams.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies, DevOps, and modern software development practices.

• Experience in scaling technology solutions for high-growth companies.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, AI, blockchain, or emerging technologies.

• Hands-on knowledge of programming languages and software architecture.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
