Job Summary:

The Chief Media & Entertainment Officer (CMEO) of UniqueThis is a key executive leader responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, development, and execution of all media and entertainment initiatives within the company. This role is pivotal in shaping UniqueThis’s brand presence, content strategy, partnerships, and overall audience engagement across various digital, broadcast, and interactive platforms. The CMEO will drive innovation, revenue growth, and content excellence while ensuring alignment with UniqueThis’s mission and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive media and entertainment strategy to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and revenue generation.

• Content Development & Production: Oversee the creation, acquisition, and distribution of high-quality content across multiple platforms, including television, streaming services, social media, gaming, and live events.

• Media Partnerships & Licensing: Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with media companies, entertainment studios, talent agencies, and digital platforms.

• Brand & Marketing Integration: Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand strategy and enhances customer engagement.

• Digital & Emerging Technologies: Lead innovation in digital transformation, AI-driven content personalization, and immersive media experiences (AR/VR, metaverse, etc.).

• Revenue & Monetization: Drive monetization strategies through advertising, sponsorships, licensing deals, and subscription-based content models.

• Talent & Creative Management: Oversee talent acquisition, creative direction, and content curation to maintain high-quality storytelling and production values.

• Analytics & Performance Metrics: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize content performance, audience reach, and engagement strategies.

• Crisis Management & Compliance: Ensure all media and entertainment operations adhere to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

In Charge of UniqueThis Entertainment, Which Consists of:

1. UniqueThis Cinema: A movie production studio creating original films.

2. UniqueThis TV: An internet TV station showcasing original movies, shows, news, and music videos from new artists worldwide.

3. UniqueThis News: Covering world events in digital print and video formats.

4. UniqueThis Music Production: Providing music production for movies, TV, commercials, games, software, rappers, and singers.

The CMEO is responsible for the development of original news, movies, TV shows, and web series through UniqueThis TV. Content is produced by UniqueThis Cinema and displayed on the UniqueThis website and app.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Media, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in media, entertainment, digital content, or a related industry.

• Proven track record of leading content-driven organizations with a strong digital transformation focus.

• Expertise in media production, distribution, marketing, and monetization strategies.

• Strong network within the entertainment industry, including relationships with major studios, platforms, and influencers.

• Experience with emerging media technologies, such as AI, VR, AR, and blockchain-based content.

• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Deep understanding of audience behaviors, media consumption trends, and entertainment market dynamics.

• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration between creative, marketing, and technology teams.

• Experience managing large-scale budgets and revenue growth initiatives.
