Zinc alloy die casting is a special casting method with less cutting which is developed rapidly in modern metal processing technology. It is the process of filling casting mold with molten metal under high pressure and high speed, and forming casting by crystallization and solidification under high pressure. High pressure and high speed are the main characteristics of pressure casting. The commonly used pressure is tens of mpa, the filling speed (gate speed) is about 16 ~ 80 m/s, the metal liquid filling mold cavity time is very short, about 0.01 ~ 0.2 seconds.

The last material checking item is scanning the whole carbide die blank by ultrasonic instrument, which can find out the material flaw special the sand hole easily.
6. Size control: Accurate size control enables a low size tolerance, which reduces machining allowance.
7. Grinding service: Outer diameter surface, inner hole, and the end surface of carbide die blank can be skimmed ground or fine ground according to drawing.
8. Delivery time: Simple items(Outer diameter less than 30mm, height less than 100 and hole diameter bigger than 2mm) can be delivered in three days, if simple grinding needed, delivery time is one week. For delivery time of special or complicated items please consult professional salesperson.

Introduction of Injection Molding Services
The Plastic injection mold machining is a manufacturing process that requires an injection molding machine, raw plastic resin, injection mold tools.
The precision plastic injection molding process consists of the following key steps.
Step 1: The plastic resin begins as raw plastic pellets. These have been treated by drying, and then if necessary dyeing with pigments or master batch colorants.
Step 2: The pallets is fed into the machine through a funnel-shaped hopper. A reciprocating screw inside the barrel of the machine will inject these resins into the mold’s runner system.
Step 3: Resin pallets are loaded into a heated and compressed chamber called the barrel where they will be melted, forming the liquid resin.
Step 4: The melted resin enters into the mold cavity through a nozzle under high pressure.
Step 5: After the mold’s cooling and solidification, the part has been demoulded to the shape of the mold cavity.
Step 6: The mold halves (cavity or “A” side and core or “B” side) open up and a cycle begins again for the next part.
