Kneading operation is often accompanied by heating or cooling process. On the one hand, the unit volume of SUNKAIER kneader has enough heat transfer surface, and on the other hand, the moving parts should be able to stably and rapidly scrape the adherent materials on the heat transfer surface and send them back to the high shear zone, which can prevent the materials from sticking to the wall and have self-cleaning function at the same time.
Sunkaier has the ability to analyze the dynamic characteristics of differential mixing kneading machine and simulate the three-dimensional flow field, which ensures that SUNKAIER kneading machine has only a high shear area with a small gap, so that high shear stress can be generated and materials can be dispersed.
