The seamless belt is knitted into a tubular form without any joint, the belt solves the problem of joint markings on garments during laminating and fusing press process, it is dimension stable and nonstick surface, offers much higher strength which is at least 3 times than Teflon belt with the joint. An anti-static version is also available if required.
PTFE seamless belt is designed for fusing machines such as Kannegiesser, Meyer, Oshima, Hashima, Macpi and Reliant. In order to enhance the lifetime of the seamless belt, we use PTFE coated fiberglass fabric or PTFE coated Kevlar fabric to make edge reinforcement which will make the belt more wear-resistant. The tracking system is also available if the machine needed, normally we attach PTFE rod or Kevlar rod along the edge by sewing process.
