1. When the high volume low velocity ceiling fans are suspended, the hook shall be firmly installed. The diameter of the ceiling fan hook shall not be less than the diameter of the suspension pin of the ceiling fan, and shall not be less than 8 mm.
2. Shake-proof rubber pads should be installed on suspension pins of high volume low velocity ceiling fans, and the loosening-proof devices of pins should be complete and reliable.
3. The height of ceiling fan should not be less than 2.3 meters from the ground.
4. When the ceiling fan is assembled, the threaded connection between the suspenders and between the suspenders and the motor shall not be less than 20 mm in meshing length at each end, and the loosening prevention device shall be installed.
5. The adjusting switch should be matched with the ceiling fan. The connection should be correct. The fan blade should not flutter obviously when running.
But in real life, 2.3 meters is not so easy because of the chandeliers and floor height, so it is generally flexible to set the height:
1. Usually, the high volume low velocity ceiling fans should be installed in the general height of the person standing on tiptoe, the hand can not touch the fan blade is appropriate, so it is safer; (This distance is also the largest wind)
2. In normal housing, it is necessary to install fan blades 2.3 meters above the ground.
3. If the ceiling fan is installed, the fan blade is too close to the roof, the whirring wind noise will be greater when it rotates, which will also affect the air volume.
4. The specific installation height should depend on the height of the house. The elevation of the house is generally no problem. 2.5 meters from the ground is better, but not too high to affect the effect. If the house is too low, it should be determined according to the height.
According to the national standard GB4706.27, the distance between the fan blades and the ground should be more than 2.3 meters. This is a safe distance, that is to say, the minimum distance stipulated by the national standard.
