On average, noise coming through a ceiling is the worst soundproofing problem you’re likely to encounter. The reason is two-fold. We provide a comprehensive document which covers existing insulation, issues the installers may encounter, whether the walls are insulated or not and what is required to bring the insulation up to the minimum RTA standards for ceiling and underfloor. We also now assess houses to comply with the Healthy Homes Act, which comes in to effect by 2024.
