Tele Emergency Project at Himachal Pradesh

The Himachal Pradesh – Tele Emergency program is first of its kind health care service delivery innovation in India. This program provides much-needed emergency, specialty, and super- specialty consultation services to 4 different locations at 14,000 feet above sea level in the Himalayan mountain range. Established initially as a proof of concept, the technology- enabled service delivery model is now a time-tested program. The program has been rendering remote health care services for the last 4 years and is being implemented by Apollo TeleHealth.
