This is a brief introduction about Austin Trauma Therapy Center.
My name is Diana Anzaldua, and I am the founder/ owner of Austin Trauma Therapy Center. I am a trauma survivor, and I understand the tremendous amount of pain that one endures with complex trauma. I have come from a place of suffering and have made it my life-long goal to help others end their suffering by providing them with a safe space and the necessary tools and skills people need to be thrivers of trauma and heal from painful wounds.
No two people have the same lived experience, which is why our highly skilled trauma-informed therapists provide an approach that is solution-focused goal driven, and person-centered. This means every session is suited to the individual needs of the client. At ATTC we incorporate Trauma-Informed modalities. to help you develop the skills necessary to tolerate difficult emotions and situations in the present moment.
Our approach is to meet you where you are at in an authentic and compassionate way. Austin Trauma Therapy Center remains flexible, supportive and non-judgmental. We cater to your unique needs while ensuring a high standard of quality care.
