Democratic Senators Amy Klobuchar and Tina Smith of Minnesota addressed the Senate, calling for changes to the Department of Homeland Security and requesting that ICE leave Minnesota. Klobuchar also suggested that ICE agents' masks “should come off, and the body camera should go on.”
