I want to bring to your attention the deceptive and unethical practices of Nine University, a company that purportedly offers an online course and software designed to help individuals grow their online businesses using Amazon. I fell victim to their misleading advertisements promising exclusive access to cutting-edge software, 24/7 mentoring from professionals, and guaranteed success if their program was followed diligently. To add a personal touch, they even sent personalized videos using my name and other personal details to build trust and persuade me into their program. I invested substantial time and money, following their program rigorously for over a year. I not only purchased their course but also spent thousands of dollars on products from a factory in China, as per their recommendations. However, the promises made by Nine University turned out to be false. All the products I listed on Amazon were removed, my account was flagged, and I was left without any support from the Nine University team, despite their initial claims of 24/7 assistance. What is even more alarming is their blatant disregard for customer concerns. Numerous individuals, including myself, have raised issues and questions on their Facebook pages, only to be met with silence. Nine University has now gone a step further by adding clauses to their terms of service, seemingly preventing customers from seeking legal recourse for their actions. Additionally, they have deleted all their Facebook pages and stopped responding to any form of communication from their so-called "students." I believe it is crucial to hold Nine University accountable for their deceptive practices and lack of support to their customers. I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against Nine University to protect consumers from falling victim to their false promises and manipulative tactics.

Worst experience of my life, I believe everything they said. Took my money I was trying to make extra money Im a single mother and they didnt care to take my savings. Im sure many have been scammed. I wish there was a way to get my money back!

I think in my own personal opinion its not what was advertised when I first bought it. They mislead you with how much money you need upfront to get everything up and going. Then add on extra courses and tools you need to buy to stay up with competition. Then the added tools cost monthly. Not even telling if your first product will work or not. Think it was around 5 grand in all.

The people at this company are thieves!!! Do not buy there products!! They will tell you exactly what you want to hear to get you into there programs then not give you what your paid for. I was promised a lot of perks on the sales call but ended up with something completely different. I asked for a refund and they told me no and stopped talking to me. They just want your money and then they dont care about you anymore!

They stole 5,800 from me after telling them that i lost my brother then Mother and i was not going to ne able to do this !! I wrote , talked , emailed and finally asked for my money back or most of it and nothing !!! They never helped me !!!! They tried to ge more out of me for jump start. I find this just disgraceful that they were not understanding at all and kept my money !!

These people are a complete scam! They took my money, their 1 on 1 coaches quit and then they took out $5000 from my bank account with me knowing. DO NOT WORK WITH THESES PEOPLE!

I am not new to business and have been operating a small business since 1978. I spent $10,000.00 (US) to join Nine University to learn how to create a passive income through the FBM/FBA system. During the acceptance and purchasing interview, they made allot of promises and had me sign a contract that makes it virtually impossible to sue the organization. During my interview with a company rep. I was promised a full support system on how to effectively find, acquire and upscale my sales on Amazon, access to an online chat service for immediate questions and a personal success coach to guide the significant business decisions. There are over a thousand instructive videos, many or most of them non-professionally produced in which the subjects (garnering tattoos earrings, gang attire and unsightly dental issues) hastily fly through Amazon Seller account procedures. Some of the information is outdated. My personal success coach said he was too busy to chat with me regarding some important questions I had about the business he had experience with. My complaints were initially addressed, but were never resolved. Finally, I sent a complaint to one to of NINE UNIVERSITY's founders, **** **********. His response was that there were no emails in the system that would corroborate my complaints. Obviously, this is a poor excuse when I have kept a the correspondence record. This is the same excuse Nine University uses in many of the online and BBB complaints I have read. I also purchased NINE U's software for finding new hot selling products with low competition, which is rather pricy. The numerous software glitches made it impossible to use for along time, yet my bank account was always debited $97.00/MO, even after I made numerous complaints regarding there software performance. Since then I have cancelled all of University Nine's pricy software and have signed on with JUNGLE SCOUT, which offers a monthly membership fee of $69.00 and gives access to the same instruction videos for both FBA and FBM systems, all included in the monthly subscription. The videos are very professional and easily assimilated for anyone, regardless of business or FBA experience. Nine University offers poor instructional service for it's high cost and also uses it's platform to sell it's own inadequate software for many times it's market value. There is upselling In almost every instructional video. If my $10,000.00 were offered as recompense for my extremely poor experience, I would gladly take it. But, this is the real world and **** ********** isn't about to leave any money on the table.

9 University is seriously a scam company that wants nothing but your money. They will charge you an exorbitant amount of money just to get access to basic course material and then try to up charge you on all their  extra products they have (which dont even help you or work half the time). I would say please stay clear of this place and save your money, you would literally be better off putting it anywhere else.
