Major new update which has significantly changed the RuneScape Gold in-game daily catch rate.In theIn the process, this has alsoangered a small section of players who are being hit with soft banspreventing them from catching more Pokemon beyond the daily limit.Previously the daily catch limit was around 1000, but recently Niantic has decreased it significantly down to 500, which is having a significant impact on some players who are used to catching high volumes of Pokemon for the purpose of levelling up quickly. Here's a good explanation courtesy of one member of The Silph Road Reddit page:
"The current limit is 500 in RS Gold a rolling window, so it is quite hard to keep track of. Think if you go out to hunt Saturday evening from 6pm to midnight and catch 400 Pokemon, then the next day up to 6pm, you can only catch 100 before you are hit with this nonsense limit - And since there is no counter, nobody will really know at any time how much they have left to catch.
"As evidenced by one screenshot shared on The Silph Road, once you hit this 500 limit wall, every Pokemon you attempt to catch will automatically run away. But the biggest issue which many fans could encounter is the potential of what Pokemon you could miss out on. Let's say you hit the daily limit and then a fantastic Pokemon spawns, like a Snorlax, or Shiny Magikarp.
You won't be able to rsgole catch it.Not only is this angering the Pokemon GO community, but it could end up costing Nintendo and Niantic money, as judging from several comments, players are also being put off buying a Pokemon GO Plus device. In addition to the change to the Daily Catch limit, it's also worth noting that players recently discovered another subtle change to trainers IV's.
