    We has anyone else ever witnessed healers/tanks who queue as DDs? I've seen this several times now and I can't figure out why they do it. First time it happened, I was healing a normal dungeon. Wondered why the hell I was doing 50-60% of the group's damage. Well, turns out one of our DDs... was a healer. They kept running in front of me and healing the others before I had a chance to, wtf?     And then, similar things kept on happening. I run dungeon as DD, and I'm doing 80% of the damage, which isn't right because I'm really not that good. Oh look, the other DD is tanking and the boss is basically a tennis ball between two people pulling it. Wonderful!   So... DDs queue as tanks/healers to skip the 10-15 minute wait time for DDs. But why would someone do the reverse? When you make a new character and go to the dungeon finder, is the DD role automatically selected? Because if so, that would explain it, they're probably just newbies who haven't discovered role selecting.   - I've seen it happen a few times. On vet scalepeak just last week the other dd was pulling 5k dps max he was a 600cp templar wearing pvp gear wielding s&b on the backbar, frost staff on the front bar. When I asked why, he said he needed it to block damage so he could survive. When I asked him what his dps was on a dummy he said 30k. When I asked what health the dummy was he said "30k". I was honestly amazed that he was 600cp and still didn't at least have a grasp of the basics.   - When I was still levelling up my templar healer I’d have a dd/healer setup so I’d queue as both of these roles. I usually got a place as a healer so at some point I just went into dungeons healing people without even checking my role, and I think twice I didn’t realise I was actually supposed to be a dd until halfway through the dungeon lol. I suppose this could be happening in some of the cases you mentioned?   However, I do not understand people who are clearly not meant to be tanks and are trying to dd with a sword and shield setup. Some of those I met were new players who didn’t realise that a snb didn’t do much damage in ESO, but others were high cp and said they just preferred the feel of playing with a shield. I’m all about playing the game however you want to, but if it was a healer or a tank not doing their job properly, they’d get their asses kicked out of the dungeon instantly.   But when it comes to doing damage people are given much more leeway which is quite ironic in my opinion, seeing as dds are much easier to replace due to their sheer numbers.     Hey everyone! Huge Elder Scrolls fan getting ready to start playing ESO for the first time since alpha/beta! I'm having a really difficult time settling on a starting class, whether to go stam or mag, and which race I should consider. I tend to prefer melee dps in most games, and tend to prefer dual wielding over two handed. That being said, I have no experience in ESO and I'm open to trying anything. Ideally I would like something that's fun (obviously) and also beneficial to endgame groups, in the likely scenario that I stick it out to endgame. 1. If you prefer playing mele, I recommend stamina sorcerer. They do great damage, have better AOE than other stam builds, are MUCH less squishy than other stamina builds, have fast movement speed, and are very fun to play imo. Magicka builds are the biggest damage dealers right now (by a small margin), and have the added benefit of being much less squishy than stam builds. Magicka Nightblade, Magicka Sorcerer, and Magicka Dragon Knight are all top-tier right now. That isn't to say that stam builds are bad.. they're still totally great. 2. Really all classes are fun and can be stamina builds. In terms of highest DPS potential it goes: Nightblade, Sorcerer, Dragonknight, Warden, and Templar. Nightblade is an absolute blast, having the hardest rotation to master, they're also pure glass cannons making them super squishy. Sorcerer is very cool too, and they have excellent self healing from their Crit Surge ability. Dragonknight is probably the easiest stamina class with the easiest rotation, and decent shields and healing. Warden is the 'jack of all trades, master of none' race, they have decent damage, great sustain and healing. They're the only class that can be a stamina healer, though that's not viable for most endgame content. Templars have good damage and good heals, and an excellent synergy ability for groups. As for race: Redguard, Wood Elf, and Khajiit are the top three. But Nord, Dark Elf, Orc, and Imperial are good choices too. Argonian, Breton, and High Elf don't have any race bonuses to a stamina build but you can still make them viable via gear and practice, you'll just have a bigger challenge. 3. For the appearance wise, If you like dragon, fire and poison, go for Dragon Knight. If you like summon minion, lightning go for Sorcerer. If you like sneaky, using shadow go for Night Blade If you like holy theme, paladin feel go for Templar And finally for warden, using natural element, ice magic and animal companion. Just fill your bank with enough money and get the necessary weapons and gears to benefit the most from Elder Scrolls Online.     Guys, I know Div 1 is broken as shit, I know every other game is against a disconnect glitcher and that playing in Div 2 is actually a lot more fun, but let's be honest for a minute, it's not only coin farmers who are cheating anymore, here's my experience today:   I played 6 matches, out of which I lost one which I ragequit (it was laggy, I was annoyed), the other 5 only one match reached full time, the other four the opponents did the 'cheat engine' glitch in the second half when it was apparent they were losing, this is simply pathetic, you guys obviously want to play football and not just glitch for Fifa coins, there is no excuse for this kind of behavior.   The creme de la creme was against a guy from my own country who had an insane team with TOTY Iniesta, TOTY Ramos, MOTM Sanchez, SIF Silva and MOTM Toure who disconnect glitched early in the second half when I increased the lead to 3-0, it's just pathetic, you have your great team, you got outplayed by a worse team, don't be a loser and either ragequit regularly or play the match to completion.     Be the change you want to see guys and you know what, Div 2 is about 4 times as fun as Div 1 anyway so it's not such a big deal losing a few games and getting relegated.   I think it's time to have a post for publicly shaming disconnect glitchers and Fifa 16 coins farmers, something needs to be done and if EA can't fix their game we, the players, need to do something about it.

Your welcome.   Fixing cup rules You won special cup but you did it in penalties, no prize for you.   Fixing pause There is no changes unless game is stopped, why we can pause while we have the ball?   Even if they would fix all those things (which I doubt), I'm sure there would be tone more things that they will fuxk up next edition.
