    I did not realize I needed to learn how to breathe better till my Ayurvedic healer told me so. I was in my thirties and hadn’t been able to put my life together. But once I started working with my Breathwork Coach, Jon Paul Crimi, I realized there were so many blockages inside of me that keeps the energy trapped. Breathwork made me realize that I was wasting so much of my potential.       When I started breath meditation with Jon Paul, I slowly started opening up. I began to explore the energy spaces inside me, which were lying unused for years. It was like I was on a journey.
